i have drank a half litre coffee
i have freeform dip in my mouth
i have drank hot chococolate
i have eaten
i have exercised
i have the window open
and i still have anxiety
and i still cant fall asleep
and my whole body itches
and i had a strange heaviness in my legs
and i have foot cramps which never go away
and i have heavy breathing
thats 5g
