simple, after doing

calisthinetics for 1 year

i started using empty

orange juice bottles

then filled with water,

then filled completely

after drinking this water

something unusual happened

i got revitalized

so its basically like clear spring water

all that tumbling around in the bottle

makes it healthier

as they say

a rolling stone gathers no moss

so the water doesnt taste like

mold or rot anymore

and it has no adhesive goo on the inside

yes, you dont even have to clean them this way

they clean themselves

and these are basically energy drinks

i get the same effect as coffee from them

if not more

and its so simple

you could do it mechanically like a vial

by just twisting it back and forth

but this is double the treasure

in working out

i guess the correct term

might even be aetheric water?
