Beyond 32bit think not

btw something interesting, is that CPUs seem locked at not going above the 32bit value. like my laptop i bought last year doesnt go above 3ghz no matter how i stress it. and its been like this for over a decade. and why are smartphones so slow for anything but gaming and videos? they can even crash when browsing facebook. are they intentionally slowing down code and websites and programs with 50 layers of so called stability so we wont get personal supercomputers in our hands? in 2013 i bought a laptop for 4000kr, 400$. it had 500gb hdd and 8gb memory. by moores law, in 2023 you should get a 20tb hdd and 256gb of memory. but you instead get 50gb ssd and 4gb of ram. something is amiss here. i guess they cant slow down everything by 100x. i could even emulate smartphones on that old laptop, this new one doesnt work with that. instead were supposed to buy expensive GPUs, but they should really be far more expensive than they seem. and all GPUS are always RISC, so CPUs are the better buy. and on the topic of music, why does playing music use so much battery charge? it should be a fairly simple process?
