and hostile a platform it's ever been
this celebration of what connectivity
has brought into our hearts and lives
feels almost sobering in the best way
a beautiful thing has been built in our world
even as corruption and tyranny looks to upend
it we should still cherish what matters to us.

community, culture, creativity and comfort..
whatever the pitfalls, a lot of cool and good
shit has happened here. i hope they keep happening.

people are so black pilled these days but
i think in big part it’s because people consume
non stop toxic media and take all the amazing
privileges we all have for granted. i truly believe
despite the very real hardships people are still
going through around the world this is a really
incredible time to be alive and we should continue
to embrace our rapidly developing technology
as tools for expression, collaboration, personal
connection, and all the things that truly matter
in our short lives, the tools are in our hands we
just need to use them in the right way
