I woke up at 15:26 UTC Oct 3 2021. The tap wasn't working, and neither the lamps in my room.

When I looked outside, it was mostly dark in the cityscape.

The municipality building nearby had lights on though, and they also provide free WIFI.

My laptop had thankfully a fully charged battery.

When I went online, yep, Facebook wasn't working, and neither any sites related to it.

At 23:27 UTC Facebook worked again, together with

the water flowing in the pipes and things were starting to lit up outside.

TLDR: This has nothing to do with a BGP "error", it was an enaction of Cyberpolygon.

They tried this later too, but the downtimes were even lower.

If you want to "debunk" this, please explain the water / electricity part.
