- flouride, protects but damages your body and nerves, if you quit it youll lose your fibromyalgia and most pain and joints making "knuckling" sounds

- coal toothpaste, pretty good

- pure extra virgin coconut oil, works as a protective sheet around your teeth

- just hot water + brush

oh, i just figured out an even easier way.

just take a small cloth, basically tiny one. and "brush" with it, only takes like 20 secs to clean your teeth and gums. theyll turn really soft. i guess real toothbrushes just scrub away too much.

i do the last one. ive sort of abused my teeth too much and they hurt from anything. also quitting any sort of bread, 100% wheat doesnt contain glyphosate so pure white bread and noodles dont hurt em. so i just dip my brush in hot water and brush it. i sorta almost puke sometimes

since theyre so dirty on the right side. and yeah i brush em like once a month or less. still theyre quite ok. ive messed up 4 teeth but otherwise its fine.

do note that youll have to detox from flouride, after some weeks/months of not using it, youll notice your teeth are less brittle and just feel stronger. do note that you cant go back to abusing your teeth afterwards, youll have pain for hours. still, the pain usually stops then

less brittle on the surface. thats why brushing a lot can actually have a detrimental effect, especially if youve ignored brushing for years/decades. your teeth might be stained but theyll still be stronger than flouride does.

so you really need discipline if you quit flouride, but the less pain in the rest of your body is worth it. and yeah i still like drinking coffee, its such a wonderful herb. ive barely ever drank alcohol or smoked. i just dont get it. it ruins your body and soul.
