i dont see anyone posting even high quality photos anywhere. snapshots are the ultimate slop. way worse than ai. i cant find photoshops made recently except, well, my own. maybe for thumbnails they use em. but its usually ai. photoshopping is dead :'( you can photoshop your ai pics even ai pixel art like from perchange or pixellab. skys the limit. your imagination sets the limit. which is limitless. but everyones just so sloppy everywhere. its not just ai. its the global internet culture. yeah lets repost a "eff the gov" meme in 5 secs instead of actually doing something good for the world. i learned photography the oldfashioned way in 1999-2002 on pentax b/w cameras. it was like 12 different steps just to get a finaly image. so much work went into it. later when i started with HDR its a similar method even beyond with supersampling and bracketing. a single photo back then could take 20 mins to photo and hours to process, just the automagic part, then photoshopping on top of that. you also have focus stacking and mosaic like so you get a bigger area. and you got tiny world panoramas.
