I have transcended sodexo
so about 2 months ago
i puked for 3 days straight
this made me a lose
a lot of muscle mass
but i also realized
i didnt need those
20 pills per day
now i take 1 potassium pill (750mg)
or 1 risperdal one (1mg)
when i need to
thats all
for the neuroleptic
its about once per month
for the potassium its more often
so
over time now
the neuroleptics
in my body have faded
and i can see the world
for what it really is finally again
i dont mean like dmt fractals
as my strongest sense is
reflection / linguistic
and people also reveal
ultimate truths to me
yesterday they said in passing
"isnt the food here sodexo?"
that made sense
as ive noticed some time ago
the "kitchen" in the building
has stopped cooking
food completely
they just thaw
a frozen meal
and the staff has to
put it on the plate
and cook the
carbohydrates
themselves
the ironic thing
is at a psychiatric
housing in 2015
they actually
cooked food
every saturday
sometimes more often
but this was ruled out
and it was just ready made
but now the food
is so low quality
deficient of nutrients
disgusting
(how about mince
that tastes like
diarrhea?)
stale / cold
(there the hygiene rules
went out the window)
AND they have to
cook part of the meal
theres just so much waste of resources
i got to choose away fish and soup
(how about potato soup?
2 ingredients
sliced potatoes + water)
but it didnt get much better
first the food has to be
made in a factory
frozen down
shipped around
the country to a
warehouse or 2 or 3
thawed
heated
shipped more
to the housing now
and served
(this needs a lot of staff / resources)
im sure it would be much cheaper
if the staff just made it themselves

Hur mycket fuskar ni med maten egentligen?
Hej, jag bor på ett somatiskt boende i Norsborg.
Sen någon månad tillbaka måste personalen koka alla kolhydrater själv.
Det konstiga är, det blev inte lagligt för några år sen att personalen lagade mat en gång i veckan, på grund av nya hygienregler, så hur försvarar ni det här?
Middagen kommer också hit klockan 16:00 varje dag, men den serveras tidigast en timma senare, vid vilken tid den har kallnat helt. När mat är kallt så samlas bakterier och den börjar mögla och ruttna, så det är inte heller hygieniskt.
Med hur mycket fusk det är med maten, som ökas hela tiden, och med personal- och resurskostnader på grund av tillredning i fabrik och flera transporter, skulle det vara mycket billigare om personalen lagade maten själv.
