get photoshop 7.0

works with windows 10

download zip from https://github.com/id-Software/DOOM (click the green button)

it should equal 476019 byte

coincidentally 699*681 also equals 476019 bytes

so rename the zip to raw and open it in photoshop

using the dimensions specified

save as png, youll compress it by 9069 bytes to 466950

icing on cake is re-saving it in thumbsup 3.3 (still works somehow)

which you end up with 460391, another 6559 reduction

re-open in photoshop, save as raw, rename to zip, should still work
