If we assert ourselves, we're displaying toxic masculinity.

If we decide to be more passive, then we're a pushover and not "man enough."

If we check someone out because we find them attractive, we're labeled as creepy.

If we just stick to ourselves and don't look at women, then we must be gay.

If we don't express our emotions, then we're emotionally unavailable.

If we open up and allow ourselves to become emotionally vulnerable, then we're seen as weak.

If we attempt to give a woman advice on something, we're "mansplaining."

If we don't help women, then we're not real men.

If we're screwed either way. We may as well just make ourselves happy. But even that's a problem.
