simple theorys on what came after MKULTRA was "closed down"

at around the same time israel was created, CIA was as well.

with MKULTRA, i would not hazard to say almost everyone

on earth is still involved in this experiment.

this excludes only people from rural areas who have never

mind, but your mind will be affected by it.
