You cant be healthy in a sick world

ive wanted to write this for a long time

but as you see in the latest updates

its become too apparent

especially the spray with cyanide stench

they used that very excessively before

so there was a puddle on the floor in my room

i didnt put 2 and 2 together then

the poison did last eventually

with such a high concentration

for weeks

and it made my arms so weak

i could barely type for more than a minute or two

usually i can type almost the whole day

16 hours? no problem

so seemingly the cyanide poisoning just killed my muscles

now im trying to work out again

and they sprayed twice into a black garbage bag near me?

i ate a sandwich hours later, and it only tasted bitter almond

that is the cyanide taste

how could i possibly get healthy when they do things like this?

and its not just about me

like they say, i am a prophet

they do this to a lot of people

before they found the lowest bloodpressure ever on me

it was over 2 years ago

it was 55/25

but with this poisoning

im sure it was lower

oh, just because i was documenting this

they torture poisoned me

pure wheat bread isnt a problem

its when its high gluten

which it isnt

its just much higher in glyphosate

before, my right jaw hurt from eating oatmeal

i could never figure out why

later, i got migraine from it

and now i just cannot handle wheat deficient gluten bread

it seems to be most bread though

i just bit wrong on a broken tooth

and oh my did it hurt

i tried working out awhile and it got better

the problem is, here the pain never gets better over time

at the housing i work out an hour and its okay that day

i do not know which poison does that to the body

what gasbased poison makes teeth decay
