men nu är det fan absurdt
det är så AI stock robots fungerar i alla fall
deras software verkar "high tech" men är inte det
de köpslår med aktier i ett värde av 0.01$
på en bråkdels sekund så att ingen ska märka något
det köper med varandra fram och tillbaka i åratal
och helt plötsligt kostar din lägenhet

och ingen kan förklara varför...

as for the rampant rent increases, it is quite simple mathematics. AI stock robots, have in 10 years increased the worth of the US housing market from 400 trillion to 400 quadrillion. the algorithm they use is the following:
1) people want to live in large cities, because that is where the jobs are at.
2) more people are born all the time
3) build too little housing
4) this means people will fight for housing, because they cant get a job. so they will pay more and more for somewhere to live.

as for the year 2008 financial bubble, it was because banks kept selling house mortages to eachother over and over again, and somehow they made more money from it everytime. but eventually someone realized there was no money there, just air.
something you didnt mention, is that bitcoins fluctuate in price. some bitcoins get worth next to nothing eventually. everyone who makes millions (or billions, or trillions) say "now theres a bear market, buy buy buy!", but 99% of the people investing lose their money. so this will surely happen with this bitcoin as well.
as for "clean energy", they now say petrol is "clean energy". i also talked to a guy who worked making windmills before, they actually have diesel generators in each one, they only work 9% of the time, and kills bugs and birds and wildlife.
as for starlink, something didnt make sense with it, but you mentioning they supply satelite images explains a lot. it supposedly costs $ 100 000 per kilo to send something into space. they have 6000 satelites, and i think they deploy 5 per rocket. that would place them at a cost of billions or even trillions to send them out (and they said they would have 20 million subscribers but only have 1). but all satelites hang from balloons. notice how no images of "earth" in a round shape (aka fish eye lens), ever show antarctica? because that would prove that earth is an infinite plane.
