i am now 39. its never easy.
they say the karma punishment
for suicide is 400 years
in hinduism.
just dont do it

for your next rebirth(s), for your family,
for your people, for your planet, and beyond.
the greatest way to fight back
against self harm
demons and death angels
is to talk about them
not to them
but about them
write an essay
how an external entity
is trying to obliterate you!
make it good
from the heart
in your own words
act natural
