you can try making limonade. just lime juice (LIDLs is cheap if you can find it, but without concentrate is the most potent, which usually you have to make yourself) and water. you might have to use a lot of sugar though to work against the acidity. both lemon and even more lime has tons of c vitamin in it. i know it goes against logic, but even with a lot of sugar i lost 10kgs overweight in a week from it. grapefruit has even more c vitamin if you can handle it.
baking soda is alkaline (ph 9). you can use it on your whole body and hair. makes you incredibly soft and removes pimples and bad skin and dead skin tissue and heals wounds.
a lot of people use moisterizer cream because the MSM says that their skin is "dry". this is useless. 99% of all beauty products (including soap and shampoo) have one single ingredient in the highest concentration (before water). sodium laureth sulphate. its just a foaming agent though. all it does is suck up the dead skin cells. the only real way to get rid of them is showering 1-2 times per day and use a natural soap (especially shampoos are incredibly bitter and ruin your skin and hair and doesnt actually clean you and is toxic to ingest). there is olive soap with 2 ingredients readily available online for almost nothing. it contains only olive oil and salt.
i have also tried using lime / lemon juice on my skin for good effects. after a few mins you need to shower it off though. same goes for olive oil (or any oil even, sunseed oil is cheap and just as effective). stroke it into your whole outside. again, after some mins, shower.
